At approximately 9:40pm 24/07/23 the team deployed, and successfully tested the relevant fixes.

As a result of this outage, we've identified process improvements to mitigate any future issues. We've also identified the need to introduce a 'maintenance mode', which will help communicate and outages should they occur in the future.

At approximately 7:59pm 24/07/23 we detected an issue impacting users ability to obtain access their sites.

This issue was identified to be a result of platform upgrade works carried just prior. Our wider engineering team has assembled and are working to resolve the issue.
